  • New client has reached three (3) regular cleanings
  • New client may have not used our services in the past
  • Referrals must be from people you know

Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

As our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the majority of our customers are not present while their homes are being cleaned. A standard practice is to provide either a key or security code for the home. By providing the key/code, it guarantees that the home will be cleaned on the designated day.

What should I do before a home cleaning service?

For efficiency purposes, we simply ask that all clothing, toys and other household items be picked up prior to a visit from our home-cleaning team.

How do I pay for residential cleaning services?

All payments are due on the day of your scheduled home cleaning. At the present time, payments may be made by check or cash.

Who provides the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Unless requested by the customer, the team from Mia’s Immaculate Cleaning will provide both cleaning supplies and equipment.  However, if you would prefer that we use your products and/or equipment, we would be happy to accommodate.

What is the policy for rescheduling a cleaning service?

As Mia’s Immaculate Cleaning strives to work with you every step of the way, we ask that you contact us 72 hours prior to your regularly scheduled home cleaning. Once notified, we will work with you to schedule the next available cleaning timeframe.

What if something is damaged during a home cleaning?

We fully understand that things can unexpectedly break during the course of a cleaning. Should this occur, we will do our best to either repair or replace the item. Our professionals are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.

How much does it cost to have my home cleaned?

Mia’s Immaculate Cleaning prides itself in working with each home owner to create a custom cleaning plan based on frequency, detail, and budget.
